On Monday, March 19th, State Representative Kevin Ryan came to the 1199 Training Fund office to meet with members and a Training Fund instructor regarding proposed legislation that will substantially increase state spending on “Incumbent Worker Training” grants. These grants go to employers provide education and training for their employees, generally for classes held at the worksite.
