Two fiscal intermediaries are managing the payment system by the Connecticut Department of Social Services. And one of them, Allied Community Resources, is responsible for THOUSANDS of these workers’ paychecks; which have gone missed or ended up delayed; which is UNACCEPTABLE for workers who are living paycheck to paycheck.
